  There should be no stains, physical damage, or signs of excessive use.

  The return must include the original box and all accompanying packaging materials.

Pickup & Quality Inspection

• 
  Once your return request is approved, our logistics partner will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
  
• 
  After the product is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check (QC) to verify compliance with return conditions.
  

Refund Process

• 
  Upon successful completion of the QC, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.
  
• 
  The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, or Net Banking).
