2. Data Retention and Deletion (Mandatory 30-Day Rule)

We adhere to the strictest retention requirements set forth by Amazon's DPP:

• We retain PII only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the order.
• All PII is permanently deleted from our live and accessible systems no later than 30 days after the order has been shipped.
• If we are legally required to retain archival copies of PII (for tax or similar regulatory purposes), this archived data is stored as "cold" or offline backup, and it is encrypted using encryption standards that meet Amazon’s requirements.

3. Data Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect Amazon Information:

• Encryption at Rest: All PII data stored on our servers is encrypted using AES-256 or better encryption standards.
• Encryption in Transit: PII is encrypted during transmission using HTTPS/TLS 1.2 or higher.
