NeuArc Product Warranty Guide

At NeuArc, our commitment goes beyond just delivering ergonomic solutions — we aim to ensure lasting comfort and support well after your purchase. When you choose NeuArc, you're not just buying a product; you're gaining peace of mind through our reliable and customer-centric warranty service.

✅ Warranty Duration

All NeuArc products purchased on or after June 1, 2023, are protected by a limited warranty of either 3 or 5 years, based on the specific model and type. Refurbished items come with a 12-month warranty, unless stated otherwise in the product description.

🔧 Warranty Coverage and Conditions

What’s Included:

  • Moving and functional parts are protected under the warranty.
  • Our service team will determine whether repair or replacement is required after assessing the issue.
  • If the exact replacement part is not available, a compatible part may be provided at a discounted price.


Service Options:

  • Depending on your location, we’ll either dispatch spare parts directly to you or arrange a technician visit.
  • You also have the option to self-install replacement parts with our support. Labour costs for third-party services are not included.
  • Out-of-warranty parts can be purchased separately, subject to availability.

Warranty Validity:

  • The warranty is only valid for the original buyer.
  • If you transfer ownership, warranty coverage continues only with the original order ID and start date.
  • Refurbished items follow warranty terms provided in their respective listings, typically valid for 6 months.

Chair:

  • Synchro and tilt mechanisms
  • Hydraulic height adjustment systems
  • Wheel Base, wheels
  • Armrests

❌ Not Covered by Warranty

  • General wear and tear (e.g., fabric fading, scratches, dents, foam flattening)
  • Damage from misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized alterations.
  • Issues caused by self-assembly or third-party services.
  • Cosmetic defects that don’t affect usability.

📝 Warranty Claim Process

  • If you experience a functional problem with your NeuArc product, follow these steps:
  • Email support@theneuarc.com
  • Provide: Order ID, description of the issue, relevant photos/videos, purchase invoice or warranty slip, and your contact details.
  • We’ll initiate a service request and respond within 1–2 business days
  • Most issues are resolved within 7–14 business days
