1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship nationwide across India. Whether you're in a major city or a remote area, we strive to make sure your NeuArc product arrives at your doorstep safely
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Delivery Time: Once your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes between 3-7 business days depending on the destination. Remote locations may take a few extra days.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link to track your shipment in real time. You can also check the status of your order via your account on our website.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within India.
Additional Charges: In some cases, additional charges may apply for remote locations, difficult-to-access areas, or expedited shipping requests. These charges will be displayed at checkout if applicable.
4. Delivery Charges
Standard Delivery: Free for all orders.
Expedited Shipping: Available upon request at an additional charge, depending on location. Please contact support@theneuarc.com for more details.
5. Packaging
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. All of our ergonomic chairs are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. For large orders or bulk shipments, we may use customized packaging to fit your specific needs.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your order online.
If you have an account with us, you can log in and view your order status at any time.
7. Delivery Process
Our trusted delivery partners will handle your order with care and deliver it to the address provided at checkout. If no one is available at the delivery address, our courier service will attempt a re-delivery or contact you to reschedule.
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct to avoid delays.
8. Delivery Issues & Address Changes
Address Issues: If there is an issue with the delivery address (e.g., wrong or incomplete address), please contact us immediately at support@theneuarc.com. We will assist in updating the details before shipment.
Failed Deliveries: If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or if you're unavailable to receive the product, the shipment may be returned to us, and you may be required to pay the additional shipping costs to re-ship the order.
9. Missing or Damaged Items
If your NeuArc order arrives with damaged items or if something is missing:
- Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- If there’s damage or any issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email at support@theneuarc.com
- Provide photos or videos of the damage or missing items, along with your order ID.
We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund based on the nature of the issue.
10. Canceling or Modifying an Order
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@theneuarc.com. After the order has been shipped, we will not be able to make changes or cancel it.
11. Returns & Exchanges
Unused Products: If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is in unused, unassembled condition. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Faulty Products: If the item you received is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will either replace the product or issue a full refund.
Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at support@theneuarc.com. We will provide you with instructions and a return label if applicable.
12. Shipping Restrictions
P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses at this time.
Remote Locations: Certain remote locations may have extended delivery times or may be subject to additional shipping charges. Please contact us for more details.
