Can I test a NeuArc chair before buying?
We currently operate online only. However, we provide detailed videos, 360° views, and customer reviews to help you make an informed choice.
Are NeuArc chairs suitable for tall or heavy users?
Yes. We offer models with extended height and higher weight capacities (up to 150 kg in some models). Check product specifications for full details.
Are NeuArc chairs easy to assemble?
Yes. Most chairs come with DIY assembly kits and a step-by-step guide. Setup usually takes 20–30 minutes. Some models include video instructions
Can I request professional installation?

What tools are needed for assembly?
All required tools and hardware are included in the box. No extra tools are necessary.
What is the warranty on NeuArc products?
All new chairs come with a limited 3 to 5-year warranty, depending on the model. Refurbished chairs carry a 6–12 month warranty as mentioned on the product page.
What does the warranty cover?

How do I claim a warranty?
Email us at support@theneuarc.com with your order ID, issue details, and photos/videos. Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we provide free shipping across most locations in India. Additional charges may apply for remote or special delivery areas.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
What is your return policy?

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, EMI options, and select wallets and Cash On Delivery for selected pincodes.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Do you offer bulk or corporate discounts?

Will I receive a GST invoice?
